As a lead counsel, he has tried approximately two hundred fifty cases before the Delaware Industrial Accident Board. He also has experience on appeals up to the Delaware Supreme Court and the Delaware State Supreme Court. Mr. Weik lectures in the area of workers compensation and has been acting as the moderator for the Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Annual Legal Education Seminar.
