Larry B. Franklin Esq., received his J.D. at the University of Louisville School of Law and graduated in the top 10 percent of his class, with honors, from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He attended submarine school in Groton, Connecticut, the U.S. Navy War College and the U.S. Army War College.
